Regional Sales Manager

Within your first 4 weeks, with extensive support from the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and growing talented team members in an expanding environment.
 

Responsibilities
bullet Promote new growth and develop a cohesive sales team that consistently drives revenue
bullet Establish long-term partnerships and alliances
bullet Deliver the "basic sales message" to interested candidates leveraging on-line media, webinars, and conference calls as needed
bullet Coach, train, motivate and lead by example
bullet Maintain an active candidate pool
